The article presents the results devoted to improving students' self-education in the context of digitalization. It has been established that technical digital devices expand the capabilities of each student and open up new horizons of sports activity. Thanks to them, sports and a healthy lifestyle are rapidly penetrating the student masses, which leads to the improvement of every student. At the same time, the ability to track progress motivates on a psychological level, and statistics allow you to evaluate efforts and track their dynamics, so that each student can choose for himself an individual optimal training regime and loads.
