METHODS OF CONDUCTING COMPLEX PHYSICAL EDUCATION CLASSES AT THE UNIVERSITY IN INTERNATIONAL PRACTICE

The article reveals an actual problem of conducting complex physical education classes within the framework of university education. The author considers this problem from the point of view of international experience. The research goal was to identify the features of the methodology of conducting complex physical education classes at the university from the standpoint of international experience. The research objectives were to consider the international experience specifics in methodological support of complex classes physical education; consideration of the features of conducting classes taking into account international experience. The research methodology is based on a systematic approach and includes the methods of a general scientific group (analysis, synthesis, comparison, systematization); as well as a number of special methods: historiographical analysis of scientific literature on the topic of research; comparative analysis of methodological practices in foreign universities; systematization of methodological approaches to teaching within the framework of complex physical education classes. Based on the research results, the author of the article came to the following conclusions: in European universities, the main attention is paid to physical education in the format of training sessions (lessons), morning physical exercises, sectional (sports) work.
