DEVELOPING INFORMATION SECURITY SKILLS IN THE DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF A MEDICAL UNIVERSITY

In the article, the author raises the problem of developing information security skills when using the university information educational environment by medical students. The work reveals the terminological essence of the concepts of information culture, information security and digital educational environment, and formulates a few provisions that determine the need to develop information security skills in students when using digital tools to solve their academic problems. The purpose of the article is to suggest ways to develop information security skills of medical students in the context of the functioning of the digital educational environment. The author explains that the development of this supra-professional competence of future specialists can take place within the framework of each academic discipline in the circumstances of the use of digital and information and communication technologies by the teacher in the classroom. As a result, the article offers several recommendations for the introduction and implementation of the process of forming information security skills in students – future doctors.
