STUDYING THE READINESS OF STUDENTS OF THE "SPEECH THERAPY" PROFILE TO WORK WITH STROKE PATIENTS

The article presents the results of a study conducted to identify and study the readiness of students of the "Speech Therapy" profile to work with stroke patients. The study analyzed the state of professional development, the level of readiness of students to work in the healthcare system. On the basis of this study, the necessity of studying the training of speech therapists in higher professional education for professional activity is justified and some substantive aspects of preparing students for professional activities in the field of healthcare are considered, allowing students to work in a medical institution after graduation.
