THE ROLE AND IMPORTANCE OF MARKERS OF PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS IN THE FORMATION OF PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE IN WORKING WITH GIFTED ADOLESCENTS

Gifted high school students, as proven by modern researchers, have a number of patterns of mental development that manifest themselves in personal characteristics. Teachers who do not have sufficient knowledge of the distinctive features and their manifestations in gifted students cannot always correctly interpret their behavior, in particular, in the process of socialization. As a result, the "subject" - "subjective" interaction between participants in the educational process is disrupted, which negatively affects both the effectiveness of learning and the success of social contacts. The above is confirmed by the results of our analytical review of the theoretical foundations and practical studies of this problem in order to identify the role and significance of markers of personality characteristics of gifted adolescents in the process of their socialization. It is successful socialization that will allow the gifted to fully realize their abilities and talents. And educational work on the behavioral markers of gifted adolescents will help teachers establish interaction with gifted children, taking into account personal characteristics in order to further their successful socialization.
