USING THE KPI BUSINESS METHOD TO EVALUATE EFFECTIVENESS IN THE PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICE OF THE UNIVERSITY

Student motivation is a necessary component of learning. Motivation is especially important when studying non-core disciplines. In addition, the teacher needs a convenient, on the one hand, and fair, on the other hand, knowledge assessment system. The business KPI method can be applied to evaluate student performance. The article describes the use of the KPI business method to assess the effectiveness of students when studying economic cycle disciplines.
