TEACHING LEGAL RHETORIC AT A UNIVERSITY USING ONLINE TECHNOLOGIES

The author shares his experience of teaching legal rhetoric using online technologies to students studying in absentia; offers his own version of a hybrid learning model using an electronic training course to organize students' independent work on mastering the discipline, using online technologies in combination with traditional forms of classroom instruction. The inevitability of the introduction of online technologies into the educational process is noted, the need for the development of modern methods of teaching rhetoric based on a combination of traditional forms of education, the possibilities of online technologies, as well as taking into account the practical developments of experienced teachers to ensure better training of professional lawyers is emphasized. The purpose of the study is to draw the attention of specialists to the problem of developing a methodology for teaching legal rhetoric that meets the challenges of our time.
