PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL COMPETENCE OF ADOLESCENTS IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF SCHOOL

The article attempts to describe the essence of the concept of “social competence”, to reveal the importance of its formation and development in the educational process of school among adolescents. The complexity of solving this important problem is connected with the real contradiction between the need of society for socially competent people ready for self-development and the limitations of scientifically based pedagogical conditions and educational models aimed at developing social competence in adolescents. The article reveals the goal: creation of pedagogical conditions for the development of social competencies of senior schoolchildren in the conditions of an educational organization. Conclusions are made regarding the development of social competence in adolescents in educational and extracurricular activities.
