In this article the authors provide an analysis of modern innovations in the educational process in the system of training personnel of internal affairs bodies, in particular such tools as cloud technologies, distance learning, gamification, artificial intelligence. In addition, the article provides conditions, the observance of which will make digitalization in the context of training effective and conscious, which will allow the formation of professionally significant qualities in police officers.
