ALCOHOLIC INEBRIATION AND A SEMANTIC ANALYSIS OF ALCONYMS IN THE CZECH LANGUAGE

Shafikov Sagit Gaylievich  (Doctor of Philology, Professor, Ufa University of Science and Technology)

The article is devoted to a semantic analysis of lexical expression for alcoholic inebriation in the Czech language. The study is based on an integrative approach based on the theory of semantic field and componential analysis of its units, the theory of predicates, as well as the modern conception of the inner form of a lexeme as a component part of its meaning. The semantic field approach suggests that the field should be segmented into subfields with their units decomposed into semes. The theory of predicates suggests that actants, participants of a situation, be established with reference to the predicates of inebriation. The conception of the inner form suggests ascertaining the types of motivating components underlying a denomination to add new semantic overtones to its denotative meaning.

Keywords:category, inner form, meaning, semantic field, semantic component, seme.
