The research relevance is due to the growing need to improve the effectiveness of the educational process in the field of physical education. The research goal presented in the article is to systematize the possibilities of using immersive simulators in the process of teaching physical education at a university.
The research objectives are to identify the advantages of using immersive technologies in comparison with traditional approaches; to determine the optimal forms and methods of using immersive simulators within the framework of physical education at the university.
The research methods include the analysis of scientific and methodological literature on the use of immersive technologies in education and sports, the study of the experience of pedagogical observation of the educational process. The study also uses such methods as systematization, the method of scientific generalization, and comparison.
The experiment will compare the effectiveness of training using traditional methods and immersive simulators in a specific area of physical education. The data obtained will be processed using mathematical statistics methods to identify statistically significant differences between the groups.
Based on the results, the following conclusions were formulated: immersive simulators contribute to personalization in the field of physical education. At the same time, the learning process can be adapted to the individual needs and level of each student’s training.
