This article provides a detailed analysis of the specifics of using modern digital devices to monitor the morphological and general functional properties of the body during classes in general physical training classes for overweight school-age children. In conclusion, it is noted that: the use of modern digital devices greatly facilitates work in a group of children, and in some aspects makes possible what was previously a difficult task; the use of heart rate sensors in combination with the Polar Team software allows you to simultaneously monitor the heart rate of more than 10 children online, which is indispensable when working with children. those who are overweight; the use of an economically affordable set of devices (scales, watches or bracelets) and Huawei Health software, facilitates the calculation of BMI and other important parameters; control (self-monitoring and parental) over energy consumption and consumption. The article is valuable for physical education teachers, additional education teachers, as well as coaches working in wellness and general physical education sections.
