Intercultural competence is a complex multifaceted phenomenon characterized by pluralistic scientific interpretations. The study reveals the underlying contexts and vectors of evolutionary shifts in the educational space, as well as their systemic impact on the mechanisms of intercultural communication and interaction. Particular attention is paid to institutional and socio-cultural prerequisites that generate qualitative changes in the paradigm of intercultural communication, where the educational environment acts as a key catalyst for mutual understanding between different social and ethnic groups. The study found that intercultural competence is a multi-level ability of an individual to establish deep communicative connections with bearers of different cultural traditions. Modern educational strategies create a unique space for the formation of an adaptive and mobile personality capable of organically existing in a global multicultural environment.
