The article examines the organizational conditions that influence the formation of strategies for interaction between educational and non-profit organizations in the context of social responsibility. Special attention is paid to the analysis of current trends in the development and mechanisms of public partnership and social interaction, as well as the role of institutional factors such as legislation, subsidies, and government policies. The article provides recommendations for optimizing pedagogical interaction between these sectors of pedagogical influence in order to enhance the effectiveness of social projects. The research is based on empirical data and theoretical studies, allowing for the identification of best practices and potential barriers in the process of cooperation. The results of the work demonstrate the effectiveness of strategic planning for managers, researchers, and practitioners who strive for effective social design and integration of resources from educational and non-profit organizations. The development of an effective strategy is possible because the analytical process takes into account the ultimate goals that are set for the entire system. This allows for the optimal allocation of resources and the implementation of effective strategies for the development of the object of study. The analysis of the educational system at the regional and municipal levels takes into account the educational institution as an organization, which allows for the identification of the characteristics of its institutional environment and the use of this information to make decisions and pursue interests in a predictable environment.
