THE IMPACT OF PHONETIC INTERFERENCE ON THE ACQUISITION OF RUSSIAN BY CHINESE

The study is devoted to the current problem of phonetic interference that occurs in Chinese students when mastering Russian pronunciation and is caused by fundamental differences in the phonological systems of the two languages. The purpose of the work is to identify, systematize and comprehensively analyze the main types of interference at the segmental and supersegmental levels. The tasks included conducting a comparative analysis of phonological systems, classifying typical errors, studying the dynamics of interference phenomena at different stages of training and developing scientifically based recommendations. The hypothesis was based on the assumption that systemic comparative analysis allows us to predict potential interference zones for the development of target exercises. The study used methods of comparative analysis, inductive analysis, error analysis and statistical processing. The results showed a stable nature of interference errors in the pronunciation of voiced/voiceless and hard/soft consonants, specific Russian sounds ([р], [ж], [ц], [ч], [ш]), as well as in the prosodic organization of speech. It was found that some errors persist even at advanced levels of language proficiency, which indicates the need for targeted phonetic work at all stages of learning. The practical significance of the work lies in the development of specific methodological recommendations for overcoming interference and the formation of normative Russian pronunciation in Chinese students.
