Almost 100% of students use electronic digital devices for learning and leisure activities in their daily practice. Most students do not follow the recommended mode of using gadgets, because due to their age they are no longer subject to parental control and, at the same time, they do not have enough life experience to take full care of their health on their own – as a result, the musculoskeletal system, neck and visual analyzer suffer. Physical inactivity aggravates acquired or existing health pathologies, which determines the expediency of physical activity and sports. Physical education is an optimal and affordable option for the prevention and correction of emerging diseases of students: thanks to a well-structured learning process, appropriately selected exercises, as well as the opportunity to stay outdoors without interrupting the overall learning process, students have the opportunity to avoid most problems with posture and vision. The positive experience of changing from a low-dynamic lifestyle to physical activity forms the habit of leading a healthy, active lifestyle. Gym sports and outdoor activities help restore the circadian rhythm, strengthen the musculoskeletal system, work out the musculoskeletal system, perform exercises to stretch muscles, develop flexibility and mobility in joints, and do natural gymnastics for the eyes.
