TEACHING THE ENGLISH INFINITIVE CONSTRUCTION COMPLEX OBJECT: SOME INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNIQUES

The article is devoted to the problem of finding effective instructional techniques for teaching the English infinitive construction Complex Object. Based on their own professional experience, the authors systematized typical mistakes made by students when studying this grammar material and compiled tables that can help in mastering the infinitive construction Complex Object. The article also offers exercises developed to learn this infinitive construction. The analysis of the results of the experiment showed high efficiency of the developed instructional techniques. The authors hope that the described experience will be useful for foreign language teachers of universities.
