Saifutdinova Kamilya Ramilevna  (Senior Lecturer, Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education, Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University named after I.N. Ulyanov, Ulyanovsk, Russia)

The article examines the theoretical and practical foundations of using innovative digital tools to develop creativity among primary school students within the system of supplementary education. Based on the analysis of Russian studies, the necessity of transitioning from reproductive learning methods to project-based creative practices implemented through visual programming languages and artificial intelligence technologies is substantiated. A model of pedagogical integration of digital tools is described, including the stages of mastering, adaptation, independent project development, and presentation. A pedagogical experiment conducted with primary school students revealed a statistically significant increase in indicators of originality, flexibility, and elaboration of ideas during project-based creative activities using visual programming. It was found that pedagogical facilitation, reflection, and an emotionally supportive environment are key conditions for developing creativity. The study concludes that digital technologies serve as an effective pedagogical tool for fostering children’s creativity.
