FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL SELF-REALIZATION OF A FUTURE TEACHER IN THE CONTEXT OF UPDATE OF THE PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION SYSTEM

The article is devoted to the analysis of the process of formation of professional and personal self-realization of future teachers in the context of reforming the system of pedagogical education. The importance of integrating innovative pedagogical technologies, an emphasis on the development of key competencies of students, as well as the role of the educational environment in supporting the self-realization of students and teachers are considered. Particular attention is paid to multi-level stages of professional development of students, including adaptive-orientation, content-design, professional-orientation and reflexive-evaluation stages. The article considers both the key factors influencing the self-realization of future teachers and the problems associated with overcoming difficulties in professional training. The importance of creating conditions for the development of students' personal and professional potential through dialogue, cooperation and constructive interaction with teachers is noted.
