In article necessity of maintenance of the psychology-pedagogical help and support of students in personal and professional development, and also creations of conditions of an individualization in
educational space of high school is proved. Some results of research
are presented and the structure, principles and conditions of realization of the program which allows to provide increase of psychologypedagogical competence, self-knowledge and self-development,
both students, and teachers is in detail described.
