Projected increase the quality of life community

In article are analysed innovation problems quality to socium life, is valued demographic situation. In modern Russia occurs the formation of the new variant of the social development, including transition from traditional to modern model reproducing the population, development to small family, democratization in family relations, lasts urbanization. The Result of these processes is a sharp reduction to number of the Russia, aging of the population and its depopulization. The Reduction to number of the population - one of the serious call, with which Russia faces at the beginning initially XXI v. At present level to birth rate in RF double lower, at the most heavy years of the Great Domestic war. Besides, exists increase an amount divorce and comparatively low life expectancy of the population, particularly male and rural.
