The article analyzes forms, methods and scales of food procurements of Siberian cooperation during the World War I. The author draws the main attention to procuring work of the state in the butter and grain Siberian markets. Contradictions of state monopoly establishing on butter procurements, reasons of purveyors and manufacturer’s’ disaffection are shown and the conclusion about stimulant influence of bread procurement on setting up of cooperative union building is proved. Established scheme of credit financing of bread procurements and supply of large bread procurements with materials was focused on prior support of credit unions. The conclusion about connection between the state and cooperative unions is of key value.
