Considers the problem of identifying the educational needs of children with disabilities.
Children with disabilities are children who have deficiencies in physical and (or) mental development, with significant deviations from normal mental and physical development caused serious congenital or acquired defects and therefore in need of special conditions of education and training. Thus, for this group of children includes children with a medical condition that prevents the acquisition of all or individual sections of the school out of special conditions of education and training.
