In this article are presented interconnection and interdependence of companies efficiency and interdependence of the effectiveness of the organization and intra-relations, proved the importance of a homogenous group; on the basis of research conducted by the author considers the peculiarities of the group divided into subgroups based on informal connections, analyzed the problems that are connected with it.
