The pedagogue's personality in the educational process

The author analyses the complex of pedagogue’s professional activity and namely – the article considers the role of professional qualities and pedagogical skill in the forming of pedagogue’s personality. The influence of the role of pedagogue’s personality in the educational process is analyzed.
