Problem solving of cross-cultural integration of teachers in the regional system of professional education

The necessity of solving the problem of cross-cultural integration of teachers in the regional system of professional education is substantiated in this article. The analysis of theoretical positions, approaches to the training of teachers in the conditions of the Russian system of vocational education, their international experience of scientific and pedagogical work is presented. On the basis of the analysis revealed the importance of intercultural integration of teachers in the international educational space, with advanced training in the system of additional professional education.
