Future managers' innovative competence formation

The changes going on in our modern society have created the situation when the professional development of any specialist has some special significance as a highly qualified specialist is to possess the qualities which are sure to help him to find some creative, innovative ways to solve some professional and innovative tasks. The modern labor market demands a specialist is to be able to analyze, to evaluate the results he gets while working, he is to be able to generate new ideas, to be flexible to change the way he interacts with other people, he is to be able to solve innovative tasks, to find out the content of his innovative activity, i.e. a specialist is to have the innovative competence. One of the cornerstone aspects the higher school modernization is based on is the creation of the conditions due to the formation of the professional competencies is looked upon as possible. While training managers the emphasis is laid upon the formation of the innovative competencies. Thus the formation of the future specialists’ innovative competences is stated to be an important task. Such competencies show a specialist is prepared to perform traditional and innovative professional activity, to project and design innovations, to develop new ways of professional activity.
