Designing fund assessment tools based on the flow chart of rating accumulative system

The problem of assessment of training results can be solved on base rating accumulative system (RAS). This paper presents and discusses analysis of competencies and general principles of design flow chart of RAS. A categorization kind of activities students by formed competences is also presented.
