Legislative framework of cooperative branch development in Russia in mid-to-late of XIX – turn of XX century

This article gives the analysis of law drafting and legislative activity in Russia in the post-reform period in respect of cooperative branch development in agricultural sector and in raw processing. In the reference article they investigate the legislative framework of the main cooperative undertakings: small loan, industrial association, raw processing and sales cooperatives (work association, cooperative, partnership, association, etc.) and subsistence partnership of different types. It also analyzes the origin and development of laws and regulations (Articles of associations, Contracts, Agreements) in the main agricultural branches and raw processing.
