Creation of the Moscow High Provincial Court

The article deals with the organizational changes in the system of justice took place in 1775, in accordance with the "Institution for the management of provinces of the Russian Empire" Catherine II, the analysis of the establishment and activity of the upper structure of the Moscow Zemsky Court, and the procedure during the trial, legal proceedings, civil and criminal courts.
