Pedagogical aspects of management of the higher education

In article the analysis of one of the dominating models of professional activity of heads of the highest and average rank of which is provided the joint management activity (SOUD) assuming implementation by several heads of system of the managerial functions connected with regulation of intergroup interaction of the structural divisions and/or organizational subsystems headed by them is result. During the scientific experiment the analysis of need of creation for educational process of system of conditions of forming of core information and technological competencies which are presented in the form didactic, organizational, pedagogical and psychology and pedagogical is carried out.
