Professional competence as scale phenomena in the activities of a university teacher

This article presents a study of the competencies as scale phenomena of teaching. The teacher is seen as the bearer of professional values, mentality, personal qualities and professional and the corresponding professional positions. The analysis of specific professional competences: communicative, information-communication, information and educational and professional analysis of the cultural phenomenon, most capacious, absorbing many private manifestations.
