The State of the Municipal Educational System and the Level of Satisfaction of Subjects of Education by the Organization of Educational Services

This article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the tradi-tional form of education. By means of objective analysis of all subjects of the educational process, this article identifies the positive and negative as-pects of the modern general education school. This analysis made it possible to organize pedagogical research, the main concept and purpose of which was to identify level of satisfaction of consumers of the educational services (students, parents and / or legitimate representatives of students) with the quality of school activities. To do this, it was necessary to determine how it is affected by various factors: quality of teaching, organization of the educa-tional process, moral and psychological environment, management system, recourse base, etc. To implement the idea, the survey questionnaire and re-search base have been developed.
