The article describes the technique for motor rehabilitation of middle-aged people suffering from osteochondrosis of the lumbosacral spine, using statistics obtained during the application of the methodology of the study in the control group. The article contains positive evidence in favour of the use of this technique as complex methods of rehabilitation for such patients.
