On the question of financial policy of the management bodies of the cities of the Southern Urals in the 70-80-ies. XIX century

In article mechanisms of formation of the budget of the cities of South Ural during the post-reform period are considered. On the basis of concrete historical material the author claims that financial policy of governing bodies of the cities of the explored region was directed to more effective use existing and search of new sources of replenishment of treasury. Comparison of the budget of the cities allowed to reveal the general tendency.
