Listenting comprehension at the initial stage of training Chinese Russian speaking specialists

This article analyzes the experience and problem of teaching Russian in higher education institutions of the Northeast of China in the 70-80s of the XX century. The content of the reforms, the measures of the Ministry of Higher Education of the People's Republic of China to streamline and guide the educational process in the universities of the UOC are considered.
