The prospects of development of an education system in Russian Federration

The article highlights the complex problems that characterize the modern educational system in Russia. The questions of continuity of the vertical national education. The authors prove that such transformation is largely due to the changing socio-cultural paradigms. In the work are analyzed the leading factors of the crisis state of the Russian education. Examines the role of economic factors in the reform of the educational systems of the country. Attention is paid to the problem of update the staff of the secondary education of the Russian Federation. The importance of the role of the teacher in the development of world Outlook installations of pupils. Special attention focuses on the role of information in updating the education of the country. Highlights positive and negative implications of globalization tendencies in Patriotic education. Emphasizes the need to optimize the process of borrowing foreign experience in conducting educational reforms. The authors note a rising trend in use of e-learning constitute a large part of modern educational space.
