Educology of agrarian education: problems and perspectives of development

In the article it is decided the questions of functioning the system of agrarian education. It is stated the problem of the existing gap between the system of education and production. The foundation of new branch of pedagogy named educology of agrarian education is given. The main aim of optimization of agrarian education is in overcoming the existing gap between employee’s demands and the professional competence of graduating student.
