The mechanism of action of the local authorities for the implementation of the collectivization (on materials of Sukhinichi district of Western region)

The article on the materials of Sukhinichi district of Western region reveals the mechanism of action of the district authorities to implement collectivization. Confirms the thesis that the district Committee of the CPSU (b), as the executor of the will of the party on the ground, had one goal – the realization of the installations of the party. The most important installation in 1930 was the collectivization.
