ICT competence and its components

Due to computer and mobile technologies we possess a fast access to information, it is necessary to benefit from it in the sphere of language education. Therefore we focus on the main modern competences: ICT and mobile, different components of which are regarded. The necessity of their formation and development with learners and teachers is discussed. One of the examples of mobile literacy development is provided.
