Cluster approach in the perspective development of the system of regional educational services

The article actualizes the problems of perspective development and ensuring the competitiveness of the higher professional education system in the region that meets the requirements of a modern social order. The author considers this problem based on the implementation of a cluster approach in the development of a system of regional educational services. The article substantiates the importance of the cluster approach as one of the priority areas contributing to the dissemination, development, production of innovations to achieve the highest quality of education, as well as the effectiveness of educational activities in the region. The author reveals the methods of successful clustering in the system of regional interaction of cluster entities, defines the conceptual and ideological foundations for the development of the regional educational services system.
