The increasing influence of the media environment on people's minds caused the penetration of media technologies into various spheres of human life and stimulated the growth of scientific activity in universities. As a result, the primary goal has become to train students with highly developed media educational competencies, which means that they are to be ready for life-long learning. The urgency of the problem has increased significantly during the pandemic.
