The purpose of this article is to determine the meaning and components that determine the level of physical fitness in the complex physical training of military personnel in the performance of their official duties, with the understanding that military personnel form a class different from an ordinary citizen. Based on research on the importance of physical fitness in the military, we can state that maintaining good physical fitness is a must for military personnel at the high-level athlete level, inclusive, physical fitness for the average person is more focused on their health. , while military personnel must maintain a high level of fitness in components such as aerobic capacity, strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, body composition, agility, balance, coordination and speed, and taking into account that this level of fitness must be received during the service of a person in the army, which will allow him to be well prepared for actions in the war and the defense of the Fatherland.
