The urgency of the problem under consideration is aggravated by the fact that the current stage of society's development is characterized by the deterioration of people's health, an important role in its preservation belongs to middle-level specialists who are in direct and constant contact with patients. They are required not only professional literacy, but also good health, a high level of physical fitness and efficiency. In this regard, there is a need for the formation of professionally applied physical training of nurses in the direction of using physical culture for health protection, disease prevention and physical rehabilitation, both of patients and their own.
