E-learning and a graduate’s in-demand soft skills set

The article covers the principles of current requirements to be in-demand by a graduate in job searching. The set of current soft skills for employees in technical areas is considered to differ. The given set of soft skills is studied by the opinion of the participants involved in the job-searching procedure. The role of the foreign language (English technical terms, in particular) as a soft skill is discussed in the article.
