With the expansion of contacts between China and Russia, Chinese cuisine is becoming increasingly popular in the society of the Russian people, so that many Chinese words related to the gastronomic theme appear in the Russian language. In our work, 32 Chinese gastronomy words in the Russian language are analyzed, a systematic description of words is given, and their features of assimilation at different levels of the Russian language are revealed.
