«PETERSBURG TEXT» IN THE SEMIOTIC SPACE OF CULTURE

The article is devoted to the description of the peculiarities of the St. Petersburg text. St. Petersburg text is a cycle of works, united by the place of action, as well as cultural space in literature. The purpose of this paper is to consider the concept of «Petersburg text» in the context of the semiotic space of culture. The scientific novelty of the article is the semantic embodiments of the St. Petersburg text in Russian literature. The author identifies five semantic embodiments of the image of St. Petersburg in the texts of Russian literary works
