THE EMERGENCE OF YANZIGITOVSKAYA, BURTYUKOVSKAYA AND OTHER TYUB OF THE GAREYSKY LAND VOLOST OF THE UFA UYEZD (FIRST HALF OF THE 17TH CENTURY)

Documents from this period make it possible to trace that land documents issued to Yanzigit Yanagushev and Burtyuk Kudaibakhtin subsequently led to the emergence of the Yanzigit and Burtyukov tyubes of the Garey land volost. Besides them, there were other patrimonial owners who belonged to the other two tyubas of the volost. This observation clearly shows that the land volost represents the territory of patrimonial people of various origins, who owned lands under charters from the Russian tsars and for this bore certain duties in favor of the state.
