Modern education has become a carrier of digital transformation, which includes the widespread use of information and communication technologies and various digital tools. In this context, the formation of digital ethics becomes an urgent task for the pedagogical community. This article will examine the rationale for pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effective and successful formation of digital ethics in the context of the digital transformation of education. The article is aimed at justifying the need to create certain pedagogical conditions for the successful formation of digital ethics in the process of digital transformation of education. The article analyzes the influence of digital technologies on modern education and discusses the ethical aspects of the use of digital resources in teaching practice. Then, pedagogical conditions are proposed and justified that contribute to the successful formation of digital ethics for teachers and students in the context of the digital transformation of education.
