The article discusses organizational aspects that contribute to the development of professional identity of high school students in secondary educational institutions. The main goal of the study is to analyze the factors influencing the formation of professional identity of high school students. To achieve this goal, a theoretical analysis of existing scientific sources devoted to the problems of professional self-determination of adolescents was carried out. The study also carried out a correlation analysis, revealing the relationship between the level of professional identity and the individual psychological characteristics of schoolchildren, such as motivation, interests and inclinations. The results of the study showed that the successful development of professional identity is closely related to psychological support and adequate conditions of the educational environment. The article offers practical recommendations for organizing the educational process, including the integration of career guidance programs, interaction with professional communities and the use of innovative teaching methods. Particular attention is paid to the role of teachers and psychologists in the process of forming professional identity, as well as the importance of creating conditions for students to independently choose their future professional activities. Generalization of the data obtained allows us to identify key directions and strategies that contribute to the successful professional self-determination of high school students.
